About this site
Wealth Roadmap AI is a small, free site for people who want a clear picture of how money can grow — especially U.S. readers using 401(k)s, IRAs, and index funds.
The name is a bit grand. What you actually get is simpler: a compound interest calculator that runs in your browser, plus guides that explain the boring-but-important choices around investing.
What we are
- A calculator that uses a standard monthly compounding formula.
- Plain-English articles on retirement accounts, emergency funds, and long-run market returns.
- A U.S. dollar, U.S. tax-account focus. UK ISAs and Australian super are different systems; we do not mix them into the same guide.
What we are not
- Not a registered investment advisor, broker, or tax professional.
- Not personalized advice. Your 401(k) match, debt, and tax bracket can flip the “right” answer.
- Not a prediction engine. An 8% return is a planning number, not next year’s forecast.
Where AI fits — and where it does not
The name is Wealth Roadmap AI. That is fair to explain plainly:
- Guides: we use AI to help draft and structure articles, then we check IRS limits, keep the tone conservative, and link to primary sources.
- Calculator: a standard monthly compounding formula. Not a neural net. Not a stock picker.
- AI takeaway on the calculator page: a short, rules-based summary of the numbers you typed. If you raise the return to 15%, it will warn you. It will not claim to know next year’s S&P 500.
Americans have seen a lot of “AI wealth” pitches. We would rather under-promise: AI helps us write faster; it does not print money.

How to use the site
Start with the calculator. If a market drop makes you want to smash the sell button, take the two-minute reset first. Then read emergency fund vs investing and 401(k) vs Roth IRA. Questions or corrections: contact.
